Nutritional Consultation

Consultation is available by appointment at Faulconbridge in the Blue Mountains.

The role of a naturopathic nutritionist is to enable you to achieve good health through education; with advice on lifestyle, stress management, and most importantly, nutrition. Questionnaires and screening tests are carried out in initial appointments to gather information on your overall wellbeing.

Your initial consultation is to assess your diet, lifestyle, current health status and your health goals. Necessary screening tests will be carried out in the second consultation to assess any physical imbalances. A report summarising your current state of health together with a tailored program, to help you achieve your health goals, will be given to you at your third consultation.

Consultations could assist in the prevention and management of a range of health conditions that involve:

  • Ageing - skin looking old in relation to your age, slow healing, poor diet, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fatty liver, aches and pains
  • Blood sugar - lack of energy, inability to lose weight, insulin resistance, cravings for sugars
  • Digestion - persistent stomach upsets, reflux, bloating, intolerance to certain foods, leaky gut, candida overgrowth
  • Mind - difficulty concentrating, poor memory, overly anxious, stress
